About us

Across Canberra, in industrial areas like Fyshwick, Hume and Mitchell there are a number of homeless cats residing together in colonies. Our mission is to humanely reduce the population of street cats in Canberra and the surrounding region.

We do this through our fostering program and our Trap-Neuter-Return program.

Adopt

All our cats and kittens are in foster care, as we do not operate a shelter. Our cats and kittens come desexed, microchipped and vaccinated. They are adopted to indoor only homes or homes with a secure enclosure.

We offer a two-week trial to ensure the cat and your home are a great fit for each other, allowing a positive experience for everyone

Foster or Volunteer

We rely entirely on foster carers and volunteers to operate. Foster carers in our Streets to Sheets program look after and socialise cats and kittens until they are ready to be rehomed. Our volunteers help with fundraising, cat transport and everything in between.

Barn cat program

For unsocialised cats we also offer a barn cat program where cats are placed in barns or warehouses to help with rodent control.

Donate

We rely entirely on donations and fundraising to operate. We welcome all donations, whether one-off or monthly sponsporship.
